Motivosity

Corporate Branding & Creative Leadership

< Back to Projects

When I started at Motivosity, there were only a handful of us on the Marketing team. The main objective at the time was to grow the team and create some outstanding assets that our sales team could use. As time passed we worked hard at obtaining more leads from social, paid ads, events, and just about everything in between.

As the Creative Director, I was responsible for building a diverse and expansive creative team who would support the efforts of the marketing team. I hired designers, developers, and copywriters. The team grew and so did our brand. While we were giving Motivosity a brand facelift, I created a custom mascot to use, named Carl. We were able to leverage Carl in so many of our marketing materials. We also had a goal to create a lot of videos since the selection when I started was very small. We created a lot of amazing materials.

A small handful of a collection of videos I did.

Motivosity had an old outdated product that looked like it was designed in the early 90s. Motivosity had some turnaround when they started work designing their new UI for the Motivosity product. I was given the charge to design and update the whole product. Al thought I had not much experience designing UI I was excited for the opportunity and dove right in.

We design because we love design.
