Description
I started at ObservePoint as a Graphic Designer. I learned and grew from a fantastic creative director who taught me about management and operations for a creative team. I was promoted to a Sr. Graphic Designer after a year and then promoted again to Creative Manager. After the creative director left, I was allowed to prove I could be the creative director. After a 1 year period, I was promoted to creative director, where I managed a team of writers, designers, developers, and videographers. We rebranded all of the assets involved with ObservePoint expect the logo and the yellow color. We launched events with their own brand but had a similar feel as ObservePoint so they would stay cohesive.
